Job Description

Vego Garden is looking for a seasonal, highly adaptable, team-centric, and organized Customer Service Representative who can provide the outstanding service standards Vego Garden strives for. The Customer Service Representative works together with the entire Vego Garden family to cultivate an outstanding team culture, grow the Vego brand, and strategically foster Vego Gardens client relationships. This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX and the duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Represent Vego Gardens high customer service standards with enthusiasm and passion.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Leverage strong digital literacy abilities to operate our digital platforms (Shopify, Freshdesk).
  • Execute the key administrative data entry into customer records with high attention to detail.
  • Assist customers with updated documentation regarding orders and refunds.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Online Chat) and provide expert answers to customer inquiries.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer support team inquiry handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide expert solutions/alternatives within service-standard time limits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full and complete product satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues impacting their satisfaction using creative solutions.
  • Take the initiative to create outstanding customer experiences through empowered decisions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and organized with strong oral and written communication skills. They are passionate, people-oriented professionals with the capacity to share their knowledge and patiently work with others. They are preferably someone who has experience working within the customer service industry. A drive to help the community develop through sustainable living and a passion for gardening is also appreciated. If the following describes you, youd be perfect for the role:
