Join the Pestie customer service team full-time for the next 90 days! We are looking for someone to join our team from 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time 5 days a week at $15 an hour. We are looking for someone located in Utah who can work remotely, but can commute to our office for training and other office-related work.
Paid training will be in person at our Lehi office for the first week.
Founded in 2018, Pestie is a DIY pest control solution that is focused on making sure every American has access to easy, inexpensive, and effective pest control. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and on social media in a prompt and friendly manner
- Provide personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
- Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
- Implements conflict management skills to de-escalate emails in a way that builds a positive customer experience
- Makes independent and insightful decisions keeping customer and company needs in mind
Requirements
Location:
- Be at our office is located in Lehi Utah Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
