We are seeking an experienced and friendly Customer Service Manager to join our team at (link removed). As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of customer service representatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of customer service metrics and how to measure performance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
