Handle customer queries and resolve issues.

Process name - ALG WAHA (travel process - airline ticketing) Joining date - 21st Aug 2023 GDS process - (VOICE) Experience - HSC/Grads with 1 years of GDS experience in Amadeus and Sabre Rounds of interview- HR, Amcat, Writex test, Ops. Candidates only from in and around Mumbai. Nature of work - Work from home. Shifts - 24*7 rotational Week off - 2 rotational week offs Comms level - STRICTLY Cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of comms) Salary- Upto 4.55 LPA CTC System - will be provided by company.
