Responsibilities
- Enhance Customer Experience Via Delight Channels
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Data Maintenance & Reporting Freshdesk or Zendesk of Similar Tool Data Studio or Similar Tool (Slight Knowledge)
- Good communication skills Fair analytical skills Energetic Operational excellence
- Experience up to 2 yearsCustomer Chat Support Specialist
- Startup Experience Required
