Job Description

Role -Customer Support Executive

Location -Mumbai (Andheri)

Experience -2 to 6 Years

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Customer Experience Via Delight Channels
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Data Maintenance & Reporting Freshdesk or Zendesk of Similar Tool Data Studio or Similar Tool (Slight Knowledge)
  • Good communication skills Fair analytical skills Energetic Operational excellence
  • Experience up to 2 yearsCustomer Chat Support Specialist
  • Startup Experience Required
