REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Escalations/
- Grievance Handling through Email in Banking/ BPSI.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Age Limit:- 35 years max
JOB Description:-
Shifts- For Females(8am to 8pm Any 9hrs)
For Males (8am to 11pm Any 9hrs)
Week offs:- 1 rotational week off
Location:- Chandivali, Andheri East
Salary:-
1 year - 23k in hand
2 years - 26k in hand
3 years - 28k in hand
4 years- up to 35k in hand (Escalations experience mandatory)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests within specified
- timelines regarding CIBIL
- Handle Level 2 Email escalations and grievances
- Manage backend operations
