Website (link removed) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients for products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering top-notch service to enhance their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email.
- Generating new leads by cold calling, email and chat.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's reseller products, services, and customer service policies.
- Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
- Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
- Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
- Ability to perform simple technical tasks such as setting up computers, printers, accessories etc.
Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods, and services
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
