Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Resolve any issues related to orders, such as tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Generate reports to analyze customer trends and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and insights.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or any relevant information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
