We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in software development and be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
• Follow up Enquiries, Send Proposals & Follow ups
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests
• Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical support to customers on software development related issues
• Work closely with the software development team to identify and resolve customer issues
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the software development team to improve the product
• Monitor and track customer satisfaction levels
• Conduct customer training sessions and webinars
• Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer relations, technical support, or software development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
