Experience - 1+ years of experience in customer retention, customer service, or sales
- Experience in the broadband industry is a plus point
Job Summary A Retention Executive will be responsible for contacting customers to retain them and reduce churn rate by ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and implementing retention strategies. He/She will work closely with marketing and the customer support team to identify and resolve customer issues, upsell and cross-sell customers to drive revenue growth, and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
