Job Description

Customer Project Manager


Accompany the Business Partner (distributor) project management activities to ensure a successful medical equipment project in terms of costs, quality and time, to pursue best customer experience through operational excellence.


Your role:


Work with the Business Partner Project Managers on their customer projects to advice and help them on the different activities, using the right process and tools to ensure a successful project to deliver the best quality, within the project budget, and make it in the right timeframe, to get the best customer experience. At the same time it is responsible for the sales forecast related to those BP projects, ensuring the right planning on the requested demand.

This role will interact with all the different Business Partners, and the Philips enablers as Order Management, Site Planning Team, Supply Chain, and third party items suppliers

This role has a high exposure within the Philips Business Partner stakeholders, with the Business Partners and eventually BP customers through site visits, and will be a member of the Global Project Management Community in Philips

Help the Business Partner PM to controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders


You're the right fit if:


You have acquired 2 or more years of experience in project management on any business.

You have worked in a multidisciplinary environment, with many stakeholders, making one plan.

Your skills include project management knowledge, and you are fluent in English and Spanish

You are good in customer management and able to interact with representatives at customer site

You're able to asses risk and produce relevant plan for risk management

You have the right communication skills for managing relations with operational representatives of customers
