Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engineer [Req # T6727] in Hillsboro, OR, to: perform all standard service activities through Tier I unassisted. Perform standard Tier II with assistance. Able to perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes. Provide accurate and detailed description of applied CRM system performance with accurate duration. Work in the clean-room and escalate issues to the Ops manager. Provide PM first time right and PM green to green (qual) execution, confirming that no issues/ systems are opened over 30 days and returned per NPLB guidelines. Drive CIP's to own the installation and qualification process, providing accurate time card reporting on a timely basis. Support new hire training, including engineering certification and development. Participate in global meetings to gain learning and share BKM's. Travel to various unanticipated domestic/international client locations.

Requirements: Must have an Associate's degree or foreign equivalence degree in Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or closely related field, and two (2) years Industry experience in the position offered or related capacity(-ies).

Salary Range: $68,515 to $89,000 per year
