Customer Complaint Specialist needs 1+ years’ customer support specialist experience



Customer Complaint Specialist requires:




  • Associate degree in a business or science-related field

  • excellent communication and writing skills, and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

Customer Complaint Specialist duties:




  • Support the product complaint system

  • phone intake of product complaint information, categorization of the complaint, investigation initiation, sample return, and complaint response while keeping the complaints database updated.

  • Ensure complaint records are concise, clear, fact based, error free, and well written and ensure understanding of the complaint handling process from initiation to closure, including the ability to recognize when escalation is required..
