Job DescriptionCustomer Care & E-commerce Assistant Customer Support: Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and social media. Assist customers with order-related queries, product information, and returns/exchanges. Handling returns, exchanges, refunds, and other post-purchase activities by company policies and procedures. Escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or management for further assistance and resolution. Proactively communicating with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and other relevant information to keep them informed and engaged. Managing customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Product Management: Upload new products to the company's eCommerce platforms, including the website, and third-party marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling. product descriptions, images, and specifications. Regularly update product listings with relevant information such as pricing, inventory levels, and images. Additional Details: 3+ years in customer service or related field. Experience with setup.
