We are a newly formed structural repair company located in central Alabama looking for motivated, hard working, punctual, hands-on foreman to be responsible for the installation of the company’s waterproofing and foundation repair products according to our high quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations.  If you are well versed with at least three of the types of work listed above, we need to talk.

Because our aim is to be the best in our industry and "wow" our customers, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent skills and the ability/desire to provide excellent service to our customers.  Our field personnel work hard and get rewarded with great pay and bonuses (including profit sharing!)

Applicants for Team Leader (Foreman) position will:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in foundation and structural repair to include the following.

 - - Operation of heavy equipment.

 - - Helical/push pier installation.

 - - Cement and chemical grouting.

 - - Exterior and interior waterproofing means and methods.

 - - Reading and implementation of plans/blueprints.

- Be a problem solver.

- Be well-spoken and presentable as a customer-facing employee (we provide company shirts).

- Be confident, responsible and dependable.

- Be clean and organized when it comes to operating and maintaining our tools and equipment.

- Be willing to take direction and follow guidance.

- Have a clean driving record (no DUI's, etc.).

- Pass a criminal background check (no felonies, etc.).

- Pass a drug screen for illicit substances.
