Miller International, Inc., designer of Cinch and Cruel is searching for a dedicated and innovative Creative Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Brand and Merchandising Director, the Creative Manager will lead the messaging, positioning and marketing for our products and features, while working closely with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising and Design teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials are on target and within brand guidelines. Youll be charged with developing new marketing concepts, print advertising, store signage, campaigns, digital ads and social media strategies.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop creative briefs, content and guide creative direction for all advertising, social media and internal communications, including print, digital and video
  • Oversee development of customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling (i.e. product videos, training materials, store signage, website copy)
  • Coach, manage and support graphic design and social media teams
  • Facilitate go-to-market strategy and execution for all product launches and feature releases
  • Collaborate with sales, design and management to create and maintain brand cohesiveness, messaging and positioning
  • Explore product and market opportunities; identify new and better ways to drive business across retail and ecommerce channels
  • Keep up to date on digital media trends, platform updates, marketing trends, competitor research and best practices
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful marketing strategies
  • Stay current on design and marketing trends
  • Plan and direct all photo and video shoots; devise shot lists, ensure execution and organizing all deliverables

Requirements

  • B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 5+ years of relevant marketing experience or 5+ years of creative direction or graphic design experience.
  • Fully proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent traditional and digital design skills including typography, layout and packaging design
  • Experience integrating marketing plans across multiple channels, including ecommerce, retail, paid, social, etc.
  • Strong background in product marketing; apparel/outdoor/rodeo experience a plus
  • Passion for the western culture and its values
  • Experience conceptualizing and directing photo and video shoots
  • Superior storytelling, written, oral, proofreading and presentation skills
  • Comfortable guiding and mentoring a team
  • Familiarity of media channels including social, video and TV
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with high level of accuracy
  • Self-starter building programs from the ground up
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, make decisions and solve problems
  • Strong people skills Approachable and personable
