A kick-ass multidisciplinary creative that uses design language to drive performance. You think conceptually and know how to make an impact with creative work. You focus on strategy first. You are passionate about motion, typography, color, illustration, photography, and composition. You have your finger on the pulse of whats trending in marketing, design, and the digital landscape. You Will Get To:

  • Create stunning visual assets for digital & motion ads, videos, email campaigns, landing pages, websites, and social media.
  • Be driven by creative performance with an intention to create the best work to achieve the best results.
  • Strong motion design skills from ideation, storyboarding, file organization, to execution.
  • Follow digital marketing, design, and social trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques.
  • Ability to write high-impact copy (ads, landing pages, email, websites, etc) for high-performing creative.
  • Work directly with clients to maintain a strong, communicative relationship.
  • Analyze and interpret past creative work into learnings.
  • Collaborate with a team of creatives and strategists on marketing campaign planning and implementation.
  • Strong organization & communication skills.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Requirements

    You Have:

  • 3+ years of hands on design experience and art direction
  • Strong motion design skills from initial ideation & strategy to execution
  • Strong knowledge of multiple social channels and best ways to activate them through visual messaging, copy, and content.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically when presenting and framing own creative ideas and direction.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, internet culture, memes, trends, etc.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; specifically After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Illustrator.
  • Additional animation, video, & 3D design skills & tools are a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing to optimize experiences, and aware of accessibility best practices in both design and development.
  • A passion for the power of clear, smart design and impactful visual communication.
  • Web design experience including UI/UX, HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • BFA in Marketing / Advertising / Communication Design or a similar field is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of motion, video, graphic design, branding and digital marketing campaign work.
