• 5+ years’ experience with digital content strategy, with 3 years writing eCommerce web and mobile content, preferably for interactive user experiences.


• Ability to commute to Tempe, AZ. This is not a remote or agency position.


• Corporate communications and brand marketing experience.


• Bilingual: the ability to read/write in both English and Spanish.

We are looking for a creative, e-commerce savvy, champion communicator to help create content for web, print, and email! We need a storyteller to engage and compel our audience and help shape the brand and voice. We are looking for someone that thinks like a customer; connecting our products to real human needs in a clear, engaging, trustworthy story that inspires action! If you consider yourself the guru of words and love creating clear content that people can’t get enough of, this is your job!

Responsibilities

 

• Create funny/fun/inspiring written or video content that leaves your audience amazed, inspired or smiling.


• Write content for the customer understand the techniques and concepts of SEO to incorporate into your writing.


• Confidently substantiate your decisions to peers and senior-level executives alike.


• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design/UX, SEO, Merchandising, Customer Service, IT, and Exec teams.


• Shape web content strategy and craft creative, engaging, and relevant messaging that is targeted with helpful information and user-friendly calls to action.


• Work with our Email Marketing Specialist to create engaging emails that catch the eyes of new and returning customers.


• Be a general creative resource throughout the organization – always providing a creative spark, a new idea, or just a kind word to your teammates.


• Be a customer advocate: You’ll dig into who our customers are and what language they use, then ensure our products speak their language and our content builds trust.

Location and Compensation
