Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Creative Content Specialist to work directly under our Director of Marketing. We are looking for someone that beautifully marries the art of graphic design with the craft of writing to create engaging, cohesive narratives across various mediums. From creating eye-catching graphics to writing captivating captions and email content, a Creative Content Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping and conveying the brands voice and identity. Our Director of Marketing is looking for an individual who seeks to make a meaningful impact and grow with us.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design: Develop and design visually appealing and engaging content for various platforms, including social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Craft engaging and compelling email content to promote our legal services and build strong relationships with our clientele.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the companys social media profiles, ensuring regular posting of relevant content, audience engagement, and growth. This includes creating graphics, writing captions, and monitoring analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
Initiative and Innovation: Proactively identify and implement new creative initiatives and strategies to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.
Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with our small yet passionate team to contribute to the achievement of our collective goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design and content writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Need to be able to work in Basking Ridge office, ideally with a 30 minute commute
