Who We're Looking For

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and website development efforts. Your responsibilities will span various production activities, encompassing but not limited to:

Account Management: Nurturing client relationships, presenting ideas, account planning, and more.

Project Management: Planning projects, creating essential project documentation (SOWs, briefs, production schedules), and delivering compelling presentations.

Strategy: Developing brand, communication, marketing, and launch strategies.

Creative: Overseeing the creative process, including user experience, graphic design, and web design.

Copywriting: Crafting creative and technical content.

Digital Marketing: Executing tasks related to social marketing, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, etc.

Reporting: Analyzing data from platforms like Google Analytics and CRMs, preparing insightful reports.

Presentations: Creating impactful presentations using tools like Google Slides and InDesign.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a readiness to learn and grow alongside our talented team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for agency experience.

Creative, marketing, and tech-savvy, especially in the realm of digital marketing.

Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in multitasking and managing concurrent assignments.

An aptitude for collaborating with diverse clients, vendors, and personalities.

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Asana.

Proficiency with Mac and Apple products.

Proximity to our office in Hollywood, CA, is preferred.
