We are now hiring a courtesy patrol In Aventura Fl to patrol one of our high-end residential buildings.
This position requires being on your feet for majority of the shift. If you have what it takes, then join our Adamas Building Team!
Estero, Florida
Schedule: Saturday 12pm - 6pm & Sunday 12pm - 6pm
Pay: $17.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Complete tours of property
- Issue any warning notice to vehicles violating parking rules.
- Close down pool at sunset
- Remain vigilant in the courtesy patrol office.
Requirements
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Must pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
