RoseRyan, an award-winning accounting consulting firm based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our team. As a Cost Accountant at RoseRyan, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the costs associated with manufacturing our clients' products. Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze cost data to determine baseline costs of manufacturing products
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas where costs can be reduced
• Develop and maintain cost accounting system
• Provide financial analysis of product costs and margins
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management
• Assist in determining product pricing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or work experience equivalence
• 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
