Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for real estate, holding companies and various other related companies.
- Perform financial analysis for all Ciocca Dealership Group of companies.
- Balance sheet and expense account reconciliations.
- Assist external accountants with yearend closing and financial reporting.
- Various other financial reporting projects as needs arise.
- Ensure all accounting activities conform with GAAP and company policy.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of accounting experience desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- QuickBooks experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a sense of urgency and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
