Compensation: $155K,000 Plus 30% Plus Full Relocation Paid for Candidate Outside of Central California
Responsibilities:
As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring that all financial statements are accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Continue to build the accounting/finance team centered in Dallas
- Support strategic grower team on process improvement re: ERP Systems
- Partner with tier 1 Global Finance Team on data consolidation in collaborate with IT Department Lead
- Manage the accounting department staff, including accounts payable, GL, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting aspects
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the board of directors
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- 7+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing a team and overseeing the accounting function
- Famous ERP
