Position Overview:
The role of the Corporate Community Concierge is to offer white glove customer service while also displaying a bubbly and enthusiastic personality. You will aid our employees, visitors and clientele via face-to-face interaction, email, and phone, supplying prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services. You will make recommendations, offer suggestions, and fulfill employee and visitor requests to satisfy their needs. This position requires exemplary hospitality skills, knowledge of the local area, and ability to work a flexible schedule.

This is a full-time, 100% onsite position offering a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

The pay range for this role starts at $25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Working out of our Culture Caf our employees and visitors will seek your aid with everything from food service inquires and information, to meeting room bookings, to AV (Audio Visual) support and IT (Information Technology) assistance as well as any other aspect of their working life whilst working within the Culture Caf. You will have a true passion for helping people through the services we provide and enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of the people you interact with day to day. You will perform services such as:

  • Welcome employees and visitors to the space with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Recommend proper spaces for them to work, and advise on the functionality of the space
  • Support introduction of new employees educating them on how the space works, what services are available for them, and how to engage the Cultural Caf Team
  • Respond and anticipate various customer preferences and manage potential conflicts of shared or common spaces
  • Provide support for employees on the use of relevant technology within each space according to their requirements
  • Advise on meeting locations, room layouts, hospitality services, and AV support
  • Curate workspaces within the Culture Caf to optimize their performance
  • Welcome and host teams, coordinate hospitality, and check in throughout meeting and sessions; sensing opportunities to re-energize teams with snacks and drinks
  • Work closely, and collaborate with the Events Manager on planning, hosting, and execution of team building and promotional events - a combination of live onsite, offsite, and virtual
  • Host events and serve as the end-to-end service contact for event experience, troubleshooting, and attendee needs
  • Source and coordinate relationships with local vendors to promote added onsite services for employees such as, dry cleaning, auto detailing and massage therapy
  • Participate in onsite events promoting concierge services and new initiatives
  • Supply uncompromising service to employees by arranging personal and convenience services
  • Perform general information research on products and services
  • Research and aid with gift recommendations, event planning, household service requests
  • Research local hotel suggestions and make transportation arrangements
  • Respond to emails from employees and visitors to coordinate arrivals
  • Keep up to date with events occurring in the local area
  • Project an approachable and professional image always
  • Respond to employee and client requests in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner, without exception
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Be able to adapt to schedule changes as needed to ensure proper staffing of desk
  • Consistently supply best in class customer service in a fast paced, structured environment
