GraphicEnd is looking to hire Copier and Printer Technician to join our team. You will maintain, repair, and deliver office equipment, such as copiers, large format printers, scanners, mailing equipment, etc.

It’s a Full-time job from 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on company properties and perform fieldwork at client locations

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective equipment

Perform timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office equipment

Solve customer issues over the phone or in-person

Travel to customer locations to deliver and/or repair equipment

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support

Assist customers before a sale by presenting and demonstrating office equipment in the company showroom

Other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office equipment or other related fields

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Tech-savvy

Professional demeanor

Ability to handle physical workload, lift 50+ pounds
