Copier Printer Service Technician Seattle WA

Job Description: We are looking for a Service Technician of copiers, printers, and plotters who supports and understands Managed Print Services at clients' print production facilities. The successful candidate will bring to the table, the ability to identify, recommend, and implement effective technical repair and maintenance solutions for customers. These are some of the exciting things you get to do: Install, maintain, and repair printers, copiers, and other digital imaging equipment Respond to customer service requests and provide timely and effective solutions Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and adjustments Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance Maintain accurate records of service calls and inventory levels Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on new technology and industry trends The successful candidate will have the following: High School diploma, but an Associate's degree is preferred Must have hardware experience with plotters or copiers Strong knowledge of digital imaging equipment 3- years of related field and technical managed print services/facilities experience, including experience installing, maintaining, removing, and placement of large and small format machines in customer locations Professional, business-level written and oral communication skills including interpersonal skills that yield positive results Proficient problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills that yield positive results Proficient experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds This is what we have to offer: - Excellent Company Reputation because we consistently receive 5-star customer reviews
