The Office of Procurement Services' Express Business Center (EBC) provides reprographic services, daily U.S Postal mail services and other services to City Departments and the public. The EBC is also responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and processing bill payments the office supply contract, processing chargebacks and processing vendor payments.

Job Overview:

• Promote effective communications through strong written and verbal communication
• Efficiently coordinate daily operations
• Monitor employee productivity, quality control and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Implement technology and best business practices for effective service delivery and reduce/eliminate in-person customer interaction
• Optimize service delivery
• Cross trained to ensure continuity of services
• Process cash receipt and deposits for City Store sales.
• Process Purchase, and delivery orders as needed.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Propose recommendations for improving service delivery and internal controls.
• Support Express Business Center & City Store services as needed
• Fill in where needed to ensure customers' needs/deadlines are met
• Process copies and print job request as needed
• Process mail as needed
• Ensure that EBC goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
• Maintain efficiency and accurate inventory control
• Provide timely and quality customer service
• Motivate employees and encourage team work where needed
• EBC services may require lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Data entry
• Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Other duties as assigned
