H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) Cybersecurity Analyst. The ConMon Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for executing Step 6 of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process supporting Navy Enterprise Network (NMCI and ONE-NET).

The Continuous Monitoring Cybersecurity Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Establish security baselines by server role / device type in the authorization.
  • Ingest baselines into Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and ensuring the information is maintained.
  • Augment Engineering and Operations resources for ConMon implementation actions (such as setting up MECM attributes and establishing security baselines early in the engineering cycle).
  • Correlate on-going assessment results from production to eMASS authorization packages through the use of automation.
  • Work with Splunk Developer to develop dashboards based on automated test results and documented policies; feed results to determine compliance of NIST 800-53 controls.
  • Develop implementation and on-going maintenance processes and templates.
  • Manage Annual Security Review (ASR) requirements and move towards Continuous Authorization model.
  • Develop and present PowerPoint briefs and demos for leadership/stakeholder review.

Requirements

  • Minimum Active Security clearance required.
  • 4+ years experience in the Risk Management Framework processes and utilizing eMASS.
  • Highly skilled in executing vulnerability management tools (ACAS, SCAP, Evaluate-STIG).
  • Ability to drive and implement new requirements for the ConMon capability.
  • Preferred experience in RMF Step 6, executing Annual Security Reviews, and familiarity with the Continuous ATO process.
  • Preferred experience in developing code/scripts using Powershell.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
  • Preferred experience with developing queries into Splunk.
  • No travel required for this position.
