• You will be a hands-on leader to enable systematic improvements in all areas of fulfilment from light assembly and inventory management to implementing enterprise-wide technology. 


• You will be a ideal candidate  to lead insightful, rapid problem-solving to unlock value.

• You have a proven track record of achievement in change management and lean operations.


• You have experience in driving complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders across functions in a fast-paced environment.


• You are extremely comfortable in a plant environment, in refrigerated conditions below 40 degrees.
