Job Title: Continuous Improvement Leader

Location: Everett, Washington

Duties: Drive continuous improvement and build Fortive Business System (FBS) capability; train, coach and mentor team members through kaizen events, structured problem solving, shop floor improvements, and FBS training; promote and build the FBS culture through regular communication, coaching, training, and business support; assist leadership in executing their continuous improvement roadmap; support the development and lead management of effective kaizen funnels; and, participate in Policy Deployment, Operations Review and Daily Management reviews to provide feedback and engagement to improve the quality and results.

Requires: Master of Business Administration degree or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience Management Analyst or a related occupation in continuous improvement and/or leadership in a lean environment. Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Experience with Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement; Experience leading cross functional teams in an engineering or product environment; Experience with New Product Innovation and Introduction; and Experience leading business transformation activities. Hybrid up to two days per week remote; requires onsite presence in Everett for workshops for up to 5 days consecutively. Salary: $150,000 - $185,000/year.
