As an Account Manager, you will be in constant communication with active, inactive and new clients on prospective candidates, client job needs, budget adjustments, and more. While this role involves a large amount of phone time and outbound emails, as well as client visits, our Account Managers find it personally and financially rewarding.



These Account Managers or Business Development Executives in staffing industry must have a book of active business.



Responsibilities:




  • Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling

  • Professionally represent the company through marketing strategies

  • Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts

  • Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters in order to find optimal job matches

  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients

  • Sell and negotiate recruiting services to active and target customers

  • Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates.

  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.


Education, Experience & Qualifications:


  • Previous work experience within the roles of, or related fields of, Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, Client Success Management, etc.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively

  • 3 plus years of recruiting and/or MSP/VMS experience.

  • Good Team Player and Focuses on Increasing success as a team

  • Very Comfortable with Multi-Tasking and Constantly Changing Priorities

  • Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve this at a high level
