As a Receiving / Kitting Laborer, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up.

Requirements

• Load/unload heavy items such as: doors, cabinets, granite, paint, HVAC units, etc.
• Assisting with kitting of materials, and following delivery schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions

Other Requirements

• A Can-do attitude
• Must pass criminal background check
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
