What You Will Be Doing - Help with planning and specification analysis to determine interpretations of construction documents
- Assist project management by planning work schedules and projecting personnel needs
- Help with the coordination of project personnel activities to ensure project timeline is on schedule within budget
- Advice potential problems, work interferences, scheduling difficulties, etc.
- Create and edit documents, special inspections, reports, and procedures
- Oversee and process day-to-day administrative items which includes safety, quality assurance, supply requisitions, change orders, RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, procurement, quantity take-offs, etc.
- Prepare reports, meetings, and design document analysis
- Assist with monitoring subcontractors, scheduling, and cost control
- Assist with research and preparation of field change requests
- Additional assignments as requested/needed
What You Need for this Position Required
- 1+ year of experience within construction
- Associate's degree in a relevant field
- Willing to learn to eventually move up to a different role within the company
Preferred
- Experience within the solar industries
- Project management experience
