Our partner is seeking a Concierge Physical Therapist (PRN / Licensed in MA) in Boston, MA. As a member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical care to patients, including virtual telehealth appointments and in-person visits at the patient's home. This position focuses on serving patients with outpatient needs in the home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for assigned patient caseload.
  • Ensure a high standard of clinical care and an excellent patient experience.
  • Document all treatments provided in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Communicate with patients as needed through chat functionality.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per month in either in-home or telehealth settings.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
  • Completion of state-regulated Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements in Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional virtual manner.
  • Enthusiasm for building and delivering a new model to achieve better clinical outcomes.
  • Creative, flexible, and always prioritizes patient needs.
  • Excellent at establishing successful and respectful relationships with the entire team.
  • Bonus: Experience in home health or telehealth.
