Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING booth Concierge to work in a luxury residential community. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We currently have a full time opening in Hallandale Florida (link removed)>
This is a booth position and the responsibilities will be but not limited to
- Greeting Residents
- Managing parking lot
- Collecting fees
- screening contractors and food deliveries
- closing amenities when requested
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 7am to 3pm and Sunday & Monday 3pm to 11pm
Pay: $13.00/per hour
Requirements
- Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year)
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Must pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
