About Us:
Wisdom is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic Telecom team. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, maintainable, and highly available network architectures that align with business objectives and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

Configure and install a variety of network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS.
Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations, including service packs, patches, and hot fixes.
Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and conduct capacity planning to ensure availability and reliability.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues promptly.
Adhere to established configuration and change management policies, ensuring awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Collaborate with the security team to select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures.
Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for effective problem resolution.
Requirements and Skills:

Programming skills in C/C++, Python, etc.
Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
CCNP or higher certification (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
University degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
Unrequirements Skills:

Backend Skills: Python, Java, Nodejs, C#, C++/C, etc.
Frontend Skills: HTML, CSS, React, etc.
Database and Data warehouse expertise.
Cloud skills.
DevOps experience.
Preferred Knowledge:

Networking in specialized areas such as Sensor Networks, IoT Networks, Telecommunications, Cloud Networks, Server Management, Security, Internet, 6G, 5G, Data Centers, Wireless Communication, and Cloud technologies.
