The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and influenza, including Harvoni and Sovaldi. Position: Compensation Consultant Job Description: -
Client is looking to engage a full-time Compensation Consultant to help us optimize our annual market analysis process. -
We are embarking on a project to select and fully utilize a system to support our end-to-end process including survey submission, benchmarking, salary range aging, and the assignment of job profiles to ranges. -
In addition, the consultant will be helping to fill a temporary gap on the compensation team due to an employee going out on leave. -
The successful candidate will have global compensation experience preferably within our industry across multiple compensation systems with a strong penchant for project management. -
We are looking for someone who has the experience to lead a critical project but can also dig in and "do the work." Specific responsibilities for the Annual Market Analysis project will include: -
Lead the creation of an Annual Market Analysis project plan to implement a new system -
Drive the RFP process for vendor selection within the Compensation team -
Lead the design of a go-forward solution utilizing the new system including compensation structures, tools and processes -
Lead the build and implementation of the new solution -
Complete a project assignment for one or more ex-U.S. countries -
Provide a recommendation for salary range assignments based on guiding principles (market 50th, job family progression, etc.) -
Analyse the gap for our current range assignments -
Provide a recommendation for how/when to implement a solution including budget impact and change management |
