Position Description:
*Plans and executes compensation projects for their area of work
*Maintains effectiveness of compensation programs
*Performs market benchmark reports and other Compensation related analysis
*Creates compensation dashboard, develops communication and training materials on compensation topics
*Responds to inquiries from the various project stakeholders
*Ensure compensation projects & products are in line with regional or local guidelines and laws *Executes position evaluation based on respective structure for all relevant positions for (an) assigned organization(s)
*May reconcile compensation / payroll accounts
*Develop processes and systems to deliver functional objectives
