Job description

Responsibilities:

Oversee Respires brand communications on the web and social media.

Design and write emails to potential leads and customers.

Serve as the point of contact for partners across India.

Create campaigns with schools, organizations, and clients.

Generate presentations, impact reports, newsletters, and other forms of communication.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, including NGOs, educational partners, schools, and CSR-conducting companies.

Requirements

Proficiency in written and fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi.

Ability to handle client communications gathers requirements and ensures they are met.

Excellent project and team management skills.

Strong resource management and time-management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.

Experience and qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in marketing, sales, or client communication.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team for at least 6 months.

Strong understanding of graphic design principles and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
