As an Intern, youll have the opportunitygain knowledge and real-world experience in many aspects of the real estate process including research, brokerage, investment sales, property management, and client services.


What you bring


You are enrolled full-time at a college or university

Highlycomputer literateincluding advanced MicrosoftOffice skills (Word, PowerPointand Excel).

Strong attention to detail.

Strong organizationaland planning skills. Ability toidentify priorities and multi-task.

Drive andinitiative.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Experience working within a professional services environment.




What success looks like


You will be responsible for updating database/market informationand help in preparation of tour books (building data, photos, maps, etc.)



You will gather information on competing properties.



You will identify specific clients (tenants and other brokers) for market/mail pieces.



You will work closely with Broker(s) and with the broker attend showings/tours to learn how to list and market properties, when appropriate.



You will work closely with Broker(s) and with the broker attend owner team meetings, when appropriate.



You will work closely with Broker(s) and with the broker attend tenant representation presentations or subsequent meetings, when appropriate.



You will assist in developing and preparing proposals, marketing plans, etc.



You will work closely with Broker(s) and with the broker tour buildings within an assignedsub market.



Review lease documents,listing agreements, tenant representation agreements under supervision.
