Overview:
Our client is looking to expand their department with a Manager to join and lead the Collections team.
Responsibilities:
Own collection and recovery strategy, partnering with internal and vendor partners to ensure optimal performance
Own delivery of the strategy at scale through outsourced vendor partners and in-house personnel
Ensure the function meets or exceeds against KPIs
Collaborate with analytics to monitor performance, inform decisions and design strategies to drive continuous process and portfolio performance improvement
Ensure costs are accurately budgeted and tightly managed
Lead portfolio performance conversations with capital providers
Qualifications:
Strong background in management and oversight of collections, recoveries and vendor operations
Strong background in utilizing metrics and analytics to drive collections and recoveries strategy
Experience in project management, process re-engineering and requirements development/documentation
Experience managing risk mitigation functions while driving both service and quality levels
Current experience managing a consumer loan portfolio and a team of customer service and collection personnel
Pay Transparency: $100,000 to $120,000 annually plus bonus. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
