We currently have a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon project completion. We are seeking a skilled Collections Consultant to undertake the following responsibilities::
Project Scope:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the current collections and repossession process, identifying any gaps or bottlenecks.
- Develop innovative strategies that align with the business's operations and clientele to enhance the effectiveness of the collections and repossession procedures.
- Implement the newly devised approach, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce delinquency percentages in the collections and repossession process.
Requirements
- Proven relevant experience in collections and repossession procedures, ideally within a similar industry or setting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the current process, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to implement and manage change, driving the adoption of new processes and strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and improving key performance indicators.
