We will count on you for the following responsibilities:

Attention and Collection of invoices in LATAM region, UK, Canada and USA.
Portfolio management and effective collection.
Updating and monitoring the status of invoices in collection.
Accounts receivable analysis.
Follow-up to established schedules and activities.
Sending payment information in due time and form to the Treasury area.
Follow-up in the invoicing and/or cancellation process.
Preparation and presentation of executive reports.

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of accounting and invoice collection experience.
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Advanced conversational English.
Intermediate Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Oracle experience desirable.
