Required skills & experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine


• CRNP with PA license


• Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies (CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP)


• Strong background in D&A and Co-Occurring Disorders


• FP Board Certification preferred


• Candidate will conduct H&P's for new admissions and see clients for sick visits


• Back up coverage for detox rounds and MAT (suboxone, vivitrol) for withdrawal management


• Coordination (with the help of the nursing staff) with the primary care physician when appropriate
