CDR Health, Inc a health, and medical firm is seeking individuals who are interested in working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within the state of Massachusetts headquartered in Woburn, MA.

As a team member in this position, your primary responsibility will be to work alongside a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing care to patients from different demographics. Your role will involve assisting the RN with vaccine registration, particularly for COVID-19 and Influenza.



  • Recording a patient's medical information accurately
  • Gather all required registration information
  • Travel throughout the MA area for daily vaccination/MAB missions
  • Must have the ability to lift 20lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Adhere to all company policies and rules
  • Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
  • Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
  • Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions
  • Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed
  • Patient assessment
  • Work directly with point of care laboratory equipment including operation, calibration and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to Woburn, Massachusetts.
  • Must have an active CNA License in good standing
  • Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle and ability to drive and or ride as a passenger for several hours (mileage reimbursed at GSA rates).
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and current infection control standards and procedures and ability to comply.
  • Full PPE will be required to be work for an extended period of time while treating each patient.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 20 pounds.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check.
  • Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position.
