How will you help Xe become more successful?

The Care/Network Lead role will lead the analysis and optimization of our correspondent network, utilizing our internal reporting tools, such as Power BI, Zendesk, and Cisco Webex. This person will develop and execute plans to improve our correspondent relationships, enhancing their experience and ultimately driving success for Ria/Xe. Responsibilities will include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cancellations, transactions, and error codes, and using data insights to drive operational improvements across the network. The role requires a strong understanding of Ria's and Xes internal systems and processes, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills.

What youll do

  • Passionate about our business You will Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, collaborate with the Director of Global Care and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve our correspondent network.
  • Goal & Target orientated: You will analyze correspondents' KPIs and SLAs (Service Level Agreement) using Power BI, Zendesk, Cisco Webex, and other internal reporting tools. Measure cancellations, transactions, error codes, and overall correspondent information. Work with internal teams to ensure that our correspondents receive the necessary support to meet their KPIs and SLAs and develop and implement processes to ensure that our correspondents are compliant with regulatory requirements.

California pay range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job related factors.
