As a Partner Success Engagement Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our partner organizations, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction as needed. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our partners receive the highest level of service and support, and you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics related to partner engagement and satisfaction.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000, please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.



What You Will Be Doing:


Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our care delivery partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance care delivery processes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for matters impacting partner and customer satisfaction

Success and Satisfaction:

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and satisfaction of our care delivery partners.
  • Analyze partner feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner success and optimize the overall customer experience

Program Development and Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute programs aimed at improving care delivery outcomes.
  • Develop training materials, resources, and best practices to support the onboarding and ongoing success of our care delivery partners, while also providing comprehensive training and education on Hydrogen Health standards and relevant health plans' requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct partner training sessions and workshops to ensure effective implementation of care delivery initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, operations, and product teams, to align on partner needs and priorities.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins with care delivery partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners, ensuring smooth communication and seamless execution of projects.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to care delivery performance and partner engagement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on partner success, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, or customer service in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience working with partner organizations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with payer/provider relations
  • Understanding of contracting processes in the healthcare field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to deliver presentations to various levels of management
