Title: Care+ Cloud Security Architect Principal
Location: On/Site, (Bloomfield- CT, Denver- CO, St. Louis MO, Chattanooga, TN)
Duration: Long Term Job Description: - We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud Security Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud solutions for our Evernorth Health Services business, ensuring the protection of sensitive patient data and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud security architecture, risk management, and industry-specific security standards.
Responsibilities: - Design and implement secure cloud solutions for healthcare clients, leveraging industry best practices and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and compliance issues
- Support security assessments and audits of cloud environments, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud environments
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations to improve security posture
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud security for the healthcare industry, providing guidance and support to stakeholders
Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security architecture, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience and hands on working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure Cloud Platform
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific security standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST
- Strong understanding of risk management and vulnerability assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with DevSecOps and security automation
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solution Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty or Azure Certified Security Associate (AZ-500)
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and security regulations outside the United States
