How we Support you

The Somerset care home offers an ever-continuing support network which starts here at application stage where we talk you through the job and what to expect when working in a care home. A two-week induction programme, a buddy system so you are never alone, monthly training days off-site where you get to travel across to Bristol on a coach with your work friends and be included in learning and laugher (and not to forget food!) – all free & you get paid for it! We have a welfare team who are packed with information for you with 24/7 wellbeing support; you really are never alone when working at the Frome care home.
